    Pintor figurativo de tendencia impresionista y corte romántico con una forma muy personal de ver el paisaje y una gran facilidad para conectar con el espectador. Actualmente trabaja con técnicas mixtas, dando un giro en su carrera ofreciendo una visión diferente y más profunda del paisaje.
    Comenzó dentro de la llamada escuela del Bidasoa caracterizada por sus grises y azules mostrando con sus exposiciones la gran belleza del litoral cantábrico, su interior y sus pueblos.

    Su primera exposición la realizo en Cintruénigo (Navarra). Seguidamente expuso de forma continuada en diferentes galerías de Fuenterrabía, San Sebastián y Zarautz. Su primera exposición en Madrid fue en la galería Ingres (1975) donde le concedieron el premio Caral. Al año siguiente inauguró con gran éxito la prestigiosa galería Sokoa (Madrid 1976), en este mismo año la galería Itxaso le concede el premio del mismo nombre en Zaragoza.Posteriormente da el salto a México, Estados Unidos, Colombia, Francia y Bélgica donde su obra es muy apreciada, combinado estas exposiciones con otras en muestras en Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Zaragoza etc.  




    Figurative painter with impresionist tendencies and a romantic flavor with a very personal way of observing the landscape and a great easiness to conect with the viewer. Actually he works with a mixture of techniques, turning around his career offering a different and deeper view of the landscape.
    He started in the called "Escuela del Bidasoa" known because of their greis and blues, showing by their expressions the beauty of the cantabric sea, its countryside and its villages.

    His first exposure was in Cintruenigo (Navarra). Then he exposed continuosly in different galleries in Fuenterrabia, San Sebastian and Zarautz. His first exposure in Madrid was in the Ingres gallery (1975) winning the Caral award. Next year he opened with lot of succes the prestigious gallery Sokoa (Madrid 1976) and the same year the gallery Itxaso awarded him in Zaragoza. Afterwards he jumped to Mexico, United States, Colombia, France, and Belgium where his work is very appreciated, combining this exposures with others in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Zaragoza etc.
